Bava was founded in Turin in 1938. Since 2007, the company has focused on the design of test rigs for the Aerospace, Automotive, and Research sectors. Since 2019, it has operated as Bava Testing Solutions, with renewed headquarters and an exclusive focus on testing systems.
Our team consists of specialized designers and technical consultants. We manage the project from requirements analysis through to installation and commissioning.
Our structure
The Bava core team directly manages the design and project management phases. For specialized stages, we rely on a network of selected technical partners: automation integrators, metrology laboratories, and software specialists.
We do not outsource responsibility: we coordinate the entire process and remain the sole point of contact for the client, from requirements analysis through to final commissioning.

Requirements Analysis
Active listening and review of technical specifications. Together, we define testing objectives, acceptable tolerances, and process constraints.

Engineering & Design
Integrated mechanical, electrical, and software engineering. Every component of the test rig is sized according to the specific testing loads and stresses it will undergo.

Manufacturing & Integration
In-house manufacturing or in collaboration with our network of specialized technical partners. Quality control at every stage.

Installation & Commissioning
On-site installation at the client’s facility, functional testing, and operational onboarding. We deliver a system ready for operation.
